Scheduling & Appointments

How long should you allow for each appointment at our office:

• Initial Examination: 30 - 45 minutes
• Records if not a part of the initial visit: 30 minutes
• Placement of Braces: 2 hours
• Adjustments: 15 minutes (unless otherwise specified)
• Emergencies: appointments made by phone, patients seen ASAP as schedule allows
• Missed Appointments: rescheduled ASAP without penalty as schedule allows

Monday thru Thursday 8am-5pm
Friday 8am-4pm (administrative staff only, no clinical hours)
Sat/Sun closed
